Before you print.
What file types do you accept?
The instant quote tool takes STL files. For STEP, 3MF, OBJ or anything else, send it through the contact form and we'll quote it by hand.
I don't have a 3D file. Can you still help?
Yes. Send photos, a sketch or the broken part with measurements and we'll model it for you. Design time is quoted separately.
How accurate is the instant price?
Very close for most parts. We confirm the final price after checking your file, and nothing prints until you approve it.
How long does printing take?
Most small orders are ready within a few business days. Larger runs get a schedule with your confirmed quote.
Do you ship?
Yes — local pickup in Brandon, or shipping anywhere in Canada at cost.
Can you print weapons or copyrighted designs?
No. We don't print weapons or weapon parts, and we only print designs you own or have the right to reproduce.
